We are so thankful that we can continue in our various ministries under Día Gratia, bringing hope, encouragement, and the Gospel to people all over the world. We are grateful to you all for your continued financial support as well as your prayers as we work towards the goal of reconciling people to Jesus and equipping the churches and people through discipleship and training, church planting and missionary sending/equipping/supporting
Proverbs 24:11- The Proverbs 24:11 ministry (a ministry focused on the marginalized- the individual in prostitution and human trafficking, the refugee, the homeless, and the addict). Although this ministry began in Belem, Para, Brazil for the individuals involved in prostitution and human trafficking, it has grown into much more and eveloved to different areas (as well as continuing in Brazil). Our hearts continue to be with those who are overlooked, unseen, and often walking in darkness. We have spent the last few months praying about the direction of this ministry and how it will begin in our new area.
While the needs of the area are different than what we worked with in Belem, there is no shortage of marginalized individuals. The Proverbs 24:11 ministry will begin going to the streets once again ministering to those without shelter, the addict, and the individuals in prostitution and human trafficking. It is amazing to see how the Lord has already begun to raise helpers up for this work. Please pray that the Lord brings the right people to our Proverbs team and that the Lord prepares the hearts of those we will be ministering to on the streets in the southern CA area.
Applied Care for Trauma (ACT):
Through the fruit of the Proverbs 24:11 ministry the human trafficking and prevention/education training was developed. For many years Krista has been using this training the Lord led her to create to minister to people vulnerable to human trafficking and forced prostitution. For years, she has offered these trainings through many different Amazonian River communities, with the Indigenous in Northern Brazil, and in juvenile youth jails. Through this work the more focused training on ‘Healing Through Trauma’ was developed (you can listen to the training from a recent conference below).
This training has been given to churches and ministry workers in the US and internationally at various conferences. In June, Krista was privileged to travel to Ireland with the When She Leads team she serves with (a ministry focused on equipping and encouraging women in ministry: churches, missionaries, etc.) where she shared this training. The Lord continues to use this training in a simple, practical, and Biblical way to help so many people from all different nations and backgrounds.
After the Ireland conference an elderly woman approached her with tears in her eyes and expressed so much gratitude for the teaching as it showed her that she had unforgiveness in her heart, something that had been there for over half her life. The teaching helped her recognize this hurt in her heart and with tears she was able to break free from so much bondage she had carried for over 40 years. From this initial training of ‘healing through trauma’ the Lord led Krista to develop the following trainings: ‘The Churches Response to Depression and Suicide’ and ‘Navigating Gender Ideology’. She had the opportunity to teach these two new trainings recently at the When She Leads West coast regional conference which featured Ruth Chou Simons as the main speaker. These new trainings will also be used in Mexico for their online Biblical Counseling Conference in November.
Please keep this ministry in prayer as we begin to focus on how best to implement it into different churches and ministries who have a desire to minister to those who are deeply wounded, broken, and vulnerable.
Palawan, Philippines-
There is a current financial need we would like to ask you to pray about helping with. In February, Krista will join a small team for a short-term mission trip to Palawan, Philippines. The team will be visiting two different towns on the island where we will be hosting, along with the local Filipino ministry workers, a conference for the local Filipino pastors and ministry workers. Krista will be a main session speaker, speaking on the prevention/education of human trafficking and forced prostitution, which focuses on the vulnerabilities of the broken family dynamic and the importance of Biblical family roles. There is also the possibility of Krista staying a little longer to join with a missionaries/local ministry workers to work with some of the tribal people who are vulnerable to these things. The cost of the trip for myself is $2500 US dollars. There is also a need for resources to be brought with us such as basic first aid items, and small gifts for the women and children. Please keep this trip in your prayers.
Prayer Requests:
-Krista’s upcoming missions’ trip to the Philippines and the finances needed for it.
-The missionaries Dia Gratia supports around the world:
-Financial Support to continue in the ministries under Dia Gratia-The Proverbs 24:11Minstry and Applied Care for Trauma.
We love you all and are thankful for your partnership in working for the Lord around the world!
Blessings,
Kyle and Krista Fox

We are so thankful that we can continue in our various ministries under Día Gratia, bringing hope, encouragement, and the Gospel to people all over the world....
Hello all! Thank you to those who have been supporting us financially, prayerfully, and those who have been encouraging us. We want to keep you up to date about how the Lord is working through us in 2023.
After 8 years in the mission field of Belem, Para, Brazil the Lord has called us to move on to our next adventure in Christ. It is a funny thing being a missionary, you really learn that your home is not here in this world, but in heaven. At times it has been the hardest thing to give up ‘home’. We have had to do it when we left everything the first time when we left CO for our first mission adventure on the sailboat, then onto northern Brazil, and here we are again packing up for the next deployment in missions.
